The DNC has and the MSM have skewed the 2008 primary in the favor of their candidate of choice. While Howard Dean, Donna Brazile and the party elite defended Barack Obama when the media rightly asked him of his less than admirable associations, they offered no rescue to the onslaught of abuse taken on by Hillary Clinton. They have mocked and ridiculed the voices of nearly 18 million Democrats. Now they want those 18 million to help them get out of a bind.

The DNC is BROKE. While Obama leads the candidates in campaign contributions, the RNC has 54 million to the DNCs 4 million. That’s over 12 times the amount. They NEED us. The thing is, they chose to ignore and take for granted a large part of their base for the large amount of “New Voters” Obama has managed to bring in. Remember 2004? The same was the case that year with John Kerry. Large numbers of supposedly newly registered Democrats failed to rush the Democratic party back to the White House. New Voters are never a guarantee, NEVER.

We are the Democratic Party. It is time to stand up and TAKE OUR PARTY BACK. If this means that we must endure another 4 years of a Republican President, then it must be. We must send a message to the Party Elite that we will not be taken for granted. If we don’t take action now, we will be giving them the power they feel they are entitled to.
